Specific notes on the *organization contribution and bookings.

The Organization Contribution

is intended PER SINGLE TRIP and INDEPENDENTLY from the NUMBER of TRAVELERS and consists of:

- WEEKEND ITALY 25€ (max 3 nights)

- WEEKEND EUROPE 50€ (max 3 nights)

- WEEK ITALY 75€ (from 4 to 7 nights)

- WEEK EUROPE 100€ (from 4 to 7 nights)

- BIG TRIP/REST OF THE WORLD 200€ (trip in Italy or Europe of min. 8 nights or trip in another location in the world of min. 4 nights)

The amount to be paid is exclusively as a contribution for the time and resources used for the organization and planning of the chosen travel project, therefore the contribution, once sent, cannot be refunded - as it relates to a service already provided and work already carried out - regardless of whether the trip takes place or not and of any impediment or change that may occur to the travel project for any reason.

It is specified that by making the payment, you accept the travel plan as prepared by the organizers and no changes may be requested to it except in limited exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the organizers. It is also accepted that Apprendisti Viaggiatori and the organizing team have no direct or indirect responsibility for anything concerning the booking of the trip and its execution, and that it will not be possible in any way to charge costs, request refunds, or take any action against the team and the Apprendisti Viaggiatori platform. As widely specified on the website and in communications between the parties, the service offered by Apprendisti Viaggiatori is purely consultative and concerns exclusively the preparation of the travel plan, which the user is free to carry out or not.

Once the organizational contribution has been received, the tailor-made travel plan that has been prepared according to the summary scheme previously sent for review will be sent within 36 hours.

By making the payment, you authorize us to send you the travel plan and accept it as described. The team will remain available for any clarifications or explanations and to assist you with any needs, but without any further specific obligations. The travel plan that will be sent is entirely personal and may not be disclosed or transferred to third parties. The information provided and the links sent for individual bookings are valid at the time they were prepared; any changes in availability or prices that may occur are completely normal and independent of the will and availability of the organizing team. Therefore, it is recommended to proceed with bookings promptly to avoid unexpected and unpleasant price increases or lack of availability; it is also possible that prices may drop, but this is clearly unpredictable, so if the user decides to wait, it will be at their sole discretion and responsibility.
